I love Singapore Math (we lived in China and I taught first grade at a Singaporean School for a while and my oldest two did Singapore Math in their first couple of grades so I’m fairly familiar with it) but I wasn’t sure where to start . For a child who does get math quickly, the main drawback of not using the workbook is that you would either need to do all the work orally or teach your child how to copy the problems.
